Regular power and heating outages in Kyiv, Dnipro, and Odesa have left thousands of families in a critical situation. Without electricity, people cannot stay warm, access hot water, or keep their phones charged for safety and communication. While public "resilience points" exist, they are often too far for neighbors to reach during long outages, especially for the most vulnerable.
Scout centers are already trusted pillars of the community. We are equipping 6 Scout centers to serve as local emergency hubs:
3 in Kyiv
2 in Dnipro
1 in Odesa
Each hub will provide a heated safe space, hot drinks, and charging stations, all managed by trained Scout volunteers.
Your support transforms these spaces into life-saving resources for over 2,000 people:
2,500 people per month will receive basic support like heat and power.
150–300 children monthly will have a warm, safe place to stay and study.
132,000 community service hours will be dedicated to this mission.
Long-term Resilience: These centers will remain ready for any future emergencies.
